For Parents

You are doing your best and that matters here.
At Little Wings Foundation, we understand that seeking childcare often happens during seasons of transition. Whether you are working, attending school, rebuilding after hardship, or simply trying to create a more stable future for your family, you are welcome here.

Our role is not to judge or replace your parenting, but to support you as you work toward long-term stability and independence.

Our Commitment to Families

We are committed to providing a childcare environment that is:

Safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate

Trauma-informed and family-centered

Rooted in dignity, respect, and compassion

Focused on stability, growth, and self-sufficiency

Your child’s well-being, and your family’s progress, are our priority.

What We Ask of Parents

Little Wings Foundation is designed to support families who are actively working toward stability. To ensure the success of both children and parents, we ask families to partner with us in the following ways:

Maintain employment or enrollment in school, training, or workforce development

Participate in case management or workforce support

Engage in select educational or life-skills workshops

Communicate openly regarding schedule changes or support needs

Families are not excluded for facing barriers. Support is available, and we walk alongside you as goals are built.

How We Support You

In addition to childcare, families may have access to:

Case management coordination

Employment and workforce development referrals

Parenting education and life-skills workshops

Community resources and partner services

Our goal is not just childcare, but lasting stability.
